The last episode of HBO’s Game of Thrones is just around the corner and fans are finding it hard to wait for or the final reveal on who is going to sit on the Iron Throne. The fifth episode ended the journeys of several beloved characters as the battle between the two queens annihilated King’s Landing.
Daenerys Targaryen burnt many innocent people with her dragon and only the next episode will reveal the true death count. But we do have some idea about who is never going to be seen again. Here is a breakdown of the list of characters who didn’t make it to the end.

Who died in Game of Thrones season 8?
The first and foremost name that comes to mind is obviously Cersei Lannister and Jaime Lannister. The twins died in each other’s arm as the Red Keep fell upon them. We also saw the end of Jorah Mormont and Theon Greyjoy in the Battle of Winterfell. Missandei was killed by Cersei Lannister when they captured her. We also said goodbye to the Hound, Euron Greyjoy and the Mountain.
Who is still alive?
Coming to the Game of Thrones characters who are still alive, the first names are obviously Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow. Tyrion Lannister, Arya, and Sansa Stark, and Ser Davos are also alive as per the last GOT episode.
