OnePlus 7 is not coming to the US, but the 6T gets a $30 price discount

OnePlus, just a few days back unveiled their 2019 flagships. The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. The sales for the Pro variant has already begun but the regular standard variant i.e the OnePlus 7 won’t come to the US. Instead, the Shenzhen based company is discounting the OnePlus 6T by $30.

Normally, we see that the previous models of OnePlus devices typically get dumped whenever something new is launched by them.

But, that’s not the case this time around, the company has decided to change the trend. As of now, the OnePlus 6T is going to remain on sale for the distant future.

A Decent $30 Discount

The current pricing after the discount is $549 for the 128GB storage version and the revised price for the 256GB version is $599

Just a heads up the OnePlus 6t was launched with a Snapdragon 845 processor, notched AMOLED display, dual camera system and a 3,700 mAh battery.

It is a bummer that the cheaper-regular variant, the OnePlus 7 won’t land in the US. That less expensive device offers the latest Snapdragon 855 Chip, a more improved and powerful 48MP camera, a somewhat larger 4,150mAh battery with fast charging capabilities.

But you do miss out on the 90hz display and the all-screen design of the expensive Pro model.

Barring the US, the OnePlus 7 will hit the following markets: China, India, Hong Kong, and most of the European countries.

Nevertheless, the 7 Pro also offers exceptional value and can very well be considered as the best Android phone available in the market.
