Parenting has always been a tedious task. Especially, for those moms who are working and cannot always be around their babies to look after them. And usually, in such scenarios, we find babies crying as they miss their moms. But, a Japanese woman has found a way of keeping her baby happy even when she is not around with the help of a cardboard cutout.
Now, all the moms might be wondering how can this happen if we are not around? But, this creative woman has come up with a unique solution to it. Although she cannot be with her baby all the time, her cardboard cutout can definitely do this.
Fuki Sato tells that her son would always burst into tears as soon as she leaves the room. Thus, it was getting worse for her to deal with this situation. Fuki has mindfully used a cardboard cutout which is just a replica of her. This cardboard cutout counteracts his disruptive misunderstanding of object permanence. And thus the little boy remains playful throughout the day.
The boy’s father was so impressed with the idea that he posted it on Twitter with a video of the boy playing cheerfully even when his mom was away.

He wrote in his Twitter post that, “It’s hard because my one-year-old child cries as soon as mum disappears. As a countermeasure, I experimented with what would happen if I set up a ‘life-sized panel mother.”
In this video, we can see that Fuki’s trick has completely worked on the child. As he keeps on playing with his toys as he knows that his mom is nearby.
Thus, we never knew that a cardboard cutout could be so effective tool to keep your little bundle of joy happy. What are you waiting for? If you are also distressed with the same situation, go and get your cardboard cutout fast!
