NBA Power Rankings have changed a lot after the trade deals as the star players which made a team strong have moved elsewhere. Kawhi Leonard, LeBron James and Russel Westbrook have made the Clippers, Lakers and Rockets as the top three teams. There are a few teams which retained their best players, instead of signing new ones in order to stay strong. Warriors, 76ers and Bucks are three of them and here are their power rankings and best players.
4. Golden State Warriors
Golden State Warriors kind of fell in the rankings after losing Kevin Durant and other big names. Stephen Curry has to step up and take command and make the Warriors great again. Draymond Green is still in there and he has proven himself useful in the absence of Durant. D’Angelo Russel is in there as a temporary name, but he could become permanent if he can fit in the Warriors. Klay Thompson will fully recover from his torn ACL by the end of the year and the Warriors can once again be in their true powerful form.

5. Milwaukee Bucks
Giannis Antetokounmpo was named as the MVP for NBA 2018-19 season and it means something for the Milwaukee Bucks. They also re-signed Khris Middleton and the pair looks solid for the next season. Eric Bledsoe is the third main star for the Bucks and trio can prove to be fatal if used effectively. Milwaukee have the perfect combination of offense and defense and many analysts consider them as the next final contenders.
Khris Middleton made the all-star team in 2019 (18 PPG, 6 Reb) mostly due to MIL being a 1-seed.
Tobias Harris has steadily produced better numbers than him (close to 20 PPG and 8 Reb) in each of the last 2 seasons.
If the Sixers are the 1-seed, they should have 3 all-stars.

6. Philadelphia 76ers
Philadelphia 76ers shocked everyone by extending the contract of Ben Simmons in a huge deal. They kind of understand his importance and pairing Simmons with Tobias Harris is their entry in the power duo league. Joel Embiid, the 7-foot star from 76ers is big enough to shoot the ball directly into the basket. Simmons had a few issues with his jumping, but he is working hard on that, and it can make Sixers the next NBA title winner.
