WWE SmackDown: What Went Down?
The show began with Shane McMahon making his way into the ring and saying he was glad Kevin Owens wasn’t a part of the Raw Reunion. He accepted Owens’ challenge for a match at Summerslam. Following that Apollo Crews defeated Shinsuke Nakamura.

Then there was Miz TV with Shawn Michaels where Dolph Ziggler interfered and the segment ended with Dolph super-kicking HBK. Then Ember Moon defeated Charlotte Flair. There was an Orton-Kofi promo where Orton says he will fight Kofi at SummerSlam. Then Kofi defeated Samoa Joe in a match. Kevin Owens vs Roman Reigns ended with Shane McMahon getting a Stone Cold Stunner from Kevin Owens in the end.

SmackDown is routinely amazing episodic television. The Orton/Kofi segment is what I live for. When WWE decides to utilize the previous history and encounters of characters, they really make it count. I’m ready for Kofi and Orton. Main event jones.

Saw people saying that because last week the women had a +20 minutes match it invalidates the #GiveWWEWomenAChance. Guess what? It doesn't. You think it's enough to have a long ass match every 6 months? I want to see them EVERY RAW and EVERY SMACKDOWN.
