The insider reports claim that D’Angelo Russel is totally interested in going back to the Hollywood city team LA Lakers. Here are the possible trade options and reasons how can he play again with LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Russel wants to go back to Lakers

The first possible option is to go back to Lakers in a deal with Brooklyn Nets and the Los Angeles team. But there seems to be a lot of problem in that, as the Lakers are already out of money. The Lakers got Anthony Davis from the Pelicans at a high price, and their cap space is now almost empty.

As per D’Angelo Russel, his dream team would include the trio of himself, LeBron James and Anthony Davis. While there is a very less possibility, it is not totally impossible, as a deal can be worked out. If the Lakers are ready to give out some of its big assets, then maybe the Nets can give in D’Angelo Russel.

D’Angelo Russel has only said about playing together with James and Davis while changing team is not his priority. The Anthony Davis deal is already too much for the Lakers, and they need to get their money back. LeBron James has also hinted that he may leave the Lakers in the future.
