John Wick Chapter 4 and Chapter 5: How likely are the potential sequels to release?

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum was amazing with the intense fight scenes and fans are loving it a lot. While we thought the trilogy will be complete, maybe it really sets up the plot for a Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 sequels.

There is so much more in the assassin world of John Wick and much more than the Continental Hotel. All the 3 movies take place in a span of just two weeks and John goes through so much of it. The ending of John Wick 3 has opened up the door for further sequels and here are the possibilities.

John Wick 3 Ending Connection

At the end of John Wick: Chapter 3 it is shown that John survived the fall from the top of Continental hotel and was found by one of Bowery king’s man. Both the Bowery king and John Wick has been betrayed by the high table and are almost killed by them. Also, Winston has also backstabbed John, whom he trusted so much. It has made John angry and he will be out for revenge in the sequel movies.

Story of John Wick Chapter 4 and Chapter 5

John Wick 3 has introduced us to so many characters and shown that the assassin network exists in the whole world. There is so much to deal with, the high table, the elders, the adjudicator, Winston, the Director woman, and so many more people.

Given how slow the movie paces, it is totally possible that there will be more than one sequel in the form of John Wick Chapter 4 and Chapter 5. The fourth movie can deal with John hunting down the high table members, and the John Wick 5 could be a final showdown between the elders and a team formed by John and Bowery king.

The bigger question remains is how long will it take for the sequels to come out. Chad Stahelski, the director of all three John Wick movies has said that he will keep making the movies as long as fans are loving it. The first chapter was released in 2014, the second chapter came out in 2017 and current chapter 3: Parabellum in this year of 2019. Based on it, John Wick Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 could release in 2021 and 2023 easily.
