Fans of the comedy-drama Dynasty have been waiting for news on the renewal of Season 3 of the show for a long time now. They will be delighted to know that the show was finally recommissioned for a third season last month.

Based on an 80s soap
For every watcher of the show, it means that they will see more of the Carrington drama in the near future. The show is a reboot of the eighties soap opera by The CW. In addition to Dynasty Season 3, the network has also ordered recommission of nine other shows which include prominent names like Supernatural and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
The CW President Mark Pedowitz said in an April press release that they have chosen these 10 shows to produce an unparalleled selection of programs to choose from when they start planning for fall schedule this month. It was also revealed that he is happy to continue working with the talented cast members producers and writers of the shows.
Air time pushed back
It appears that the network has planned the schedule of fall 2019, and Dynasty Season 3 will continue its journey ahead on Fridays. However, the show may be moved to a later time at 9 p.m. now.
With the final episode of season 2 already released, there is plenty the fans have to hope for in the upcoming installment.
