The last episode of Game of Thrones season 8 is on the horizon and speculations are on the rise about but we may see in the upcoming installment. Fans have been waiting for this moment for nearly 10 years, so it’s natural that everyone is guessing about the ending of this epic fantasy saga.
Tyrion failed Dany
Sadly, there will be no happy endings for many of the characters of the GOT, one of whom is Tyrion Lannister. As would fans of the show are well aware, he is the hand of the queen, and it is his duty to advise her about war strategies and other major decisions. But over the last few episodes, he has failed in his duties several times.
Tyrian miscalculated strategic attacks, he trusted Cersei even though he knew she will betray him, and he failed to save the army from Euron’s attack. In Game of Thrones season 8 episode 5, Dany even told him that the next time he betrays her will be the last time he does.

Will Dany kill Tyrion?
In the last GOT episode, we saw her lose her patience and burn King’s Landing to the ground. So it is no surprise that she will be looking to execute anyone who shows even a hint of treason. Tyrion is well aware that she is no longer fit to sit on the Iron Throne and will point it out. It is then that Dany will lose her patience and put him on the chopping block.
However, all of this is speculation. Maybe Dany will be executed for her war crimes before she can punish Tyrion. All we can do is wait and watch. Catch the next episode of Game of Thrones on HBO on Sunday at 9 p.m.
