Hannah leaves behind thirteen tapes explaining the reasons for her suicide. 13 Reasons Why season 2 saw Hannah’s classmates realizing their mistakes and hoe they all contributed to it. The finale episode saw Tyler rushing in for a school shooting. But luckily, Clay and Tony managed to stop him.
