The battle between the duo has been going on for some time now. Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg was YouTube’s biggest star from 2013 to 2019, when T-Series took over. PewDiePie managed to regain the subscriber count but again lost to the Indian giant a few weeks later. As of this writing, the record label leads the race.

PewDiePie released two controversial videos, Bitch Lasagna and Congratulations, which took shots at T-Series. These videos, some alleged, were racist in nature and had defamatory content. These videos were blocked for the Indian viewers after an order from an Indian court.

The battle has tilted in the favour of T-Series for the time being. Given that it is a Bollywood record label which owns a lot of songs in the country as well as the fact that it also produces many movies, T-Series looks like the odds-on favourite to win the battle between PewDiePie vs T-Series.
