After facing some troubles last year, Brooklyn Nine-Nine fans were relieved when the series was renewed by NBC. The comedy show was cancelled by Fox in May 2018, but after listening to fans demands, the show was renewed to the sixth season and the number of episodes was increased from 13 to 18.

Gina Linetti returns in Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Now there is more for fans to rejoice. Sources have revealed that Chelsea Peretti, who plays Gina Linetti, will return to Brooklyn Nine-Nine in season 6 episode 15.
Gina has been missing from the show for a few episodes now, and needless to say that the fans are missing her cutting wit and sarcastic tone. The synopsis of the 15th episode indicated that she will be returning to the Nine and Nine, and Jake and Terry will somehow get involved in her life. The episode is titled Return of the King.

There is a lot more that is happening in this episode. The synopsis for Brooklyn Nine-Nine season 6 episode 15 also mentioned that Captain Holt will learn something about Charles’ son Nikolaj, and the child may, in fact, be a genius. Additionally, Rosa will suffer from an injury and will struggle to cope with that.
The episode is expected to release on on May 2nd, 2019. Brooklyn Nine-Nine recently released its 13th episode and the next one is expected to be released on 28 April 2019.
