Black Mirror season 5 will be more optimistic
The showrunners of the futuristic science fiction drama recently spoke about what their plans are for the 5th season of Black Mirror. Charles Brooker, who is the creator of the show, said that the next season may not be as pessimistic as the previous ones. He also added, “We’re doing more optimistic episodes and stories, rather than just dystopian and negative ones.”
But fans need not worry. He assured the audiences that just because the upcoming season will be more optimistic, it does not mean that it will not have its twists and turns. Black Mirror season 5 is not going to be boring, as per Brooker.

“We want to keep the show interesting for us,” he added. Right now, it is unclear how the showrunners will be able to create a storyline that is lighthearted yet keeps the audiences hooked. On being asked about the subject, Brooker remained tight-lipped.
“It’s definitely a challenge to kind of keep reinventing the show with each episode,” he said on another occasion. Fans will be excited to know that one of the episodes of the fifth season will feature Miley Cyrus, the pop singer and actor.
Anything else about the show is conjecture right now. Season 5 of Black Mirror is expected to be released in the first half of 2019.
