GTA 6 fans are eagerly waiting for the next installment of Grand Theft Auto game and despite that, there is no official confirmation from Rockstar Games. It doesn’t mean that the sequel to one of the most popular and best-selling game series ‘Grand Theft Auto V’ is not in works. GTA 6 developers and publisher Rockstar Star games also have not dismissed the existence of the game and based on various reports, it is already in works for the last few years.
The recent rumors regarding casting and recruitment calls from the company have revealed a lot of details about the GTA 6 game. Recently, it was rumored that the voice actor for Carl Johnson ‘CJ’ character will reprise his role in Grand Theft Auto VI, however, it seems he has been replaced.
GTA 6 to will Change the Voice Actor for Carl “CJ” Johnson
The latest rumors about GTA 6 were claiming that voice actor of ‘GTA: San Andreas’ character CJ, will reprise his role in the next installment. But sadly the rumors are false as the voice actor Chris Bellard a.k.a. Young MayLay, who voiced the character of Carl “CJ” Johnson has shut down those rumors via his Instagram account handle.
Bellard won’t be playing CJ anymore but it doesn’t mean that the character will be removed from GTA 6. The makers would most probably hire a popular name, some big actor or rapper to play the part of Carl Johnson. It simply means that GTA 6 is under works and the voice cast will be updated with some popular names.
GTA 6 Release Date and Gameplay
GTA 6 title is in works and there are a lot of indications to support its existence. It includes an artist from India having mention of GTA 6 in his resume. Further, Rockstar purchased a big studio in the country which suggests that art resources for the next title, GTA-6 is already in works.

Most of the reports are saying that GTA 6 will have a 2020 release date and will come out as a Sony PS5 exclusive. It is also rumored that GTA 6 will be set in Vice City during the 70s and 80s and will have options to change the time period.
