Apple is planning to introduce microLED displays in their future devices but at present, the technology is too costly and complicated. Apple iPad Pro in 2020 will feature back camera setup similar to the recently released iPhone 11 lineup. The 2020 iPad Pro will have a high-resolution main camera, an ultra-wide camera, a telephoto sensor with a 2X optical zoom capability and a ToF lens that might be replacing one of the camera lenses. As for the chipset, iPad Pro 2020 is upgrading from A12 Bionic chips and could feature A13X Bionic chip or A14X chipset.
