Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather is a fight that no one really expected to happen! McGregor vs Mayweather: But Not Boxing!

Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather is happening in Japan in December! However, not in the way you’d expect it to. While the two will be competing against each other, it will not be in a boxing fight. This would be on the Japanese version of ‘Superstars’, which used to be a hit BBC show from the 70s where athletes from different sports would come together and compete!

They’d be tested on various aspects of their skill set, strength, agility and much more! This will be a contest which would also involve a number of Japanese sports-stars also participating alongside the two. Mayweather was linked with a Pacquiao rematch for quite some time now but that seems off the table too!

Many believed that McGregor would make his return at UFC 245. However, it is unlikely for that to happen because that takes place in late-December. Hence, you can expect him to be back by January 2020 – and possibly face Dustin Poirier for a second time in his career!
