Facebook is down – Again

“Is Facebook down?” – you aren’t the only one who is wondering this. World’s most popular social media site has indeed gone down. While most users are greeted with the infamous ‘Login error code 2’ message, the few users who did manage to login somehow are having trouble posting and uploading photos and statuses.

Even though nothing has been confirmed officially yet, the outage seems to be a worldwide issue and not just concentrated on areas with most user base like India, USA, UK, Australia, etc. Apart from the Login error code 2 message, few users were also greeted with the following message.

“Oops, Something went wrong. We’re working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.”

When will Facebook be back up again?

Since there hasn’t been any official information from the social media giant, it is up to anybody’s guess when will Facebook be up again. However, for what it is worth, historically such outages have only lasted a couple of hours maximum.
