WWE SummerSlam 2019: Brock Lesnar Losing His Belt On The Horizon?

Every time WWE runs into trouble of some sort, Vince turns to Brock Lesnar and hands him a championship. Even with his limited appearances, Lesnar continues to be the face of the company and the man who holds the WWE Universal Title.

Having recently won it by cashing his money in the bank contract on Seth Rollins at WWE Extreme Rules, Lesnar is already in his third reign as the champion. However, will he be able to defend his belt at SummerSlam 2019?

Brock Lesnar vs Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2019: Who is Winning?

Seth Rollins, who won a multi-man match to win a shot at Lesnar’s WWE Universal Championship is a major threat to Brock. Having defeated him at WrestleMania earlier in the year, Rollins was having a good run with the belt until Lesnar cashed-in his MITB contract and won the belt. However, it is expected that Seth Rollins vs Brock Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam 2019 will result in Rollins reclaiming his belt from the beast.

However, as of this writing, nothing is certain and plans might change at the last moment. The feeling in the company is that fans have had enough of Lesnar by now and that he is still a big draw even without the title on him!

Brock Lesnar has been a champion for over 670 days while the second longest total reign is that of 188 days, which is by Kevin Owens. Furthermore, Lesnar’s relationship with the company being uncertain – it is high time the WWE puts a title on one of their own, more dependable, guys. This is also because Brock Lesnar doesn’t even need a title to draw people to watch his matches! Hence we expect him to lose at WWE SummerSlam 2019.
