Most of the teams and players were waiting for the Kawhi Leonard deal and it has finally happened. Leonard went with the Los Angeles Clippers and the deal has affected others too.
For you to not wanna play with the most competitive NBA player in the world makes no sense to me. He just plays the game the right way. He’s has the mindset of a NFL defensive player. @russwest44 whenever you go brotha, turn that place upside down, and grab a chip! Luv dawg

Paul George fro Oklahoma City Thunder was also sent to the Clippers as a part of the Leonard deal. The Oklahoma team is now making major changes to cover it and is also thinking to trade out Russell Westbrook. He is currently owed $171.1 million for the next four years, which they surely can’t afford. Here are the few NBA teams where the Westbrook can be traded out by the Thunders.
Cleveland Cavaliers
Cleveland Cavaliers has already a star in the form of Kevin Love, but he will be probably traded out soon. It leaves the Cavs team with names such as Darius Garland, Kevin Porter Jr., and Collin Sexton, which are not enough. Even though they have to spend around $150 million for Russell Westbrook, they need new players to lead them. There won’t be a better choice than Westbrook and trading out Love would handle the money problems.
New York Knicks
The New York Knicks could not make a deal with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in the free agency. While the Knicks got Reggie Bullock, Wayne Ellington, Taj Gibson, Bobby Portis, and Julius Randle, they need someone else to compete with the big names. Russell Westbrook is the player that can take Knicks to its glory days and once again make them a successful team.
Miami Heat
The Miami Heat team got a big star in the form of Jimmy Butler in the free agency trade deals. The team management is planning to do some big things in the next season and they need another star player. There is no better option than Russell Westbrook and the Heat team would become a final contender for the NBA 2020. Butler-Westbrook sounds very good and the Miami team can be a solid team in the next NBA season.
Phoenix Suns
Ricky Rubio is the only big name for the Phoenix Suns team in the NBA free agency. If the Suns want other star players, they need to trade out Tyler Johnson out of their team. The contracts of Frank Kaminsky, Kelly Oubre Jr, and Aron Baynes also about to expire. It might be the best time to make a deal with Russell Westbrook and enter the NBA 2020 as a strong team.
