NBA Free Agency Update: Bradley Beal Wizards Trade Deal, Lakers Get Kostas Antetokounmpo, Chris Paul and More

NBA free agency is so much big that it is getting hard to keep a track of all the players. From Kevin Durant to Kawhi Leonard, most of the star players have already changed their teams. Along with that, each day we see a new trade deal between two teams. Here are the latest deals which happened in the last week and how it will change the dynamics in the next NBA season.

Lakers got Kostas Antetokounmpo

The Los Angeles Lakers managed to get the rights to Kostas Antetokounmpo in waiver claim deal. Kostas is the brother of Bucks superstar and 2019 NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmp. The 21-year-old talented player has previously played for the Dallas Mavericks and their affiliate teams. In the last season, Kostas had an average of 10.6 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.

Wizards re-signs Bradley Beal

The Washington Wizards team is offering a contract extension to Bradley Beal and wants him to re-sign it. A new deal for three years and $111 million is offered to Beal by the Wizards team. The 26-year-old star has a time limit till October 21 to sign the contract which makes him play for the Wizards till the NBA 2021-22 season.

Kyle Korver goes to the Bucks

Kyle Korver has been finally signed by the team of Milwaukee Bucks for a one-year minimum contract. Korver was a free agent for a long time and the Philadelphia 76ers was also interested in him for a deal. But Korver had good relations with Mike Budenholzer from the Milwaukee team and hence a deal was finally made.

Justin Holiday deal with the Pacers

The point guard Justin Holiday is also signed for a one-year deal at $4.8 million by the team of Indiana Pacers. Even though an official announcement is not made, reports about the deals have surfaced online. The Pacers needed a point guard as most of their players had moved out and Holiday is a perfect choice.

No deals for Chris Paul

The Oklahoma City Thunder gave up Russel Westbrook to the Houston Rockets and got Chris Paul in an exchange deal. The Thunder team planned to trade out Paul as an asset and get some other young players. But it looks like they are unable to find a team willing to deal and Chris Paul is stuck in the Oklahoma City.

Reggie Bullock deal with the Knicks

Reggie Bullock from the Lakers team has signed a new deal with the New York Knicks. He was offered an $8.2 million contract for two years which he gladly accepted. The original deal was for $21 million for two years, but due to the medical issue of Bullock, it was revised and the amount was deducted.
