Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Yankees are two of the best MLB teams of this year. More than half of the year 2019 has passed and still, no other team can beat them. The Yankees defeated the Minnesota Twins in an amazing match and will soon have over a hundred wins. Even the Dodgers are not very far and will soon hit the three-figure mark.
Both the teams are actively looking for new deals in the ongoing MLB free agency and will sign new players before the July 31 deadline. The Yankees are always in news about looking for new pitchers and the Dodgers also needs the same for winning their third National league. Here are the possible MLB players that the Dodgers and Yankees want in their team for the next season.
LA Dodgers – Potential Target
The Dodgers currently have the best odds to win the next MLB title and they are also at the No. 1 NL seed. The starters in the Dodgers team have been amazing with an ERA of 2.95. Kenley Jansen has not been performing that well and it is reported that the Dodgers are looking for some new relievers.

Brad Hand from the Cleveland Indians and Will Smith of the San Francisco are the two names which have been actively linked to the LA team. Some reports also claim that Felipe Vazquez from Pittsburgh Pirates can be signed but it would require a prospect exchange which won’t happen easily.
Yankees wants New Pitchers
Noah Syndergaard, Trevor Bauer, and Madison Bumgarner are the top pitchers which the Yankees wants to sign before the deadline. The Giants and other teams won’t trade them easily and hence Marcus Stroman is a realistic option.

Stroman from the Toronto Blue Rays has a 3.06 ERA and is known to open pitching in some of the big games. C.C. Sabathia and James Paxton already have an ERA more than 4.0 and if teamed up with Stroman can do wonders. The Yankees could actually have a shot at the world series after so many years in MLB.
