Khris Middleton after so much of the drama in the free agency has been finally re-signed by the Milwaukee Bucks. While there were many reports of Middleton changing teams, the Bucks offered him a much better contract. He was re-signed for a five-year deal at $178 million with a player option in the last year. To be honest, it is a win-win deal for both Khris and the Milwaukee team.
It makes sense to have an experienced All-Star in your time when you already have an NBA 2019 MVP in your team. Middleton can form a solid duo with the young and talented Giannis Antetokounmpo in the next NBA season. Khris Middleton’s performance has been amazing in the past few seasons and there was no reason for the Bucks to trade him out. He had an average of 20.1 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.0 assists for every game played in the NBA 2017-18 season. Even though his average dropped to 18.3 points in the last season, Middleton still excels in other fields.
In other departments, he managed to shoot 6.0 rebounds throw 4.3 dimes per game. Due to his superior gameplay, Middleton earned his first NBA All-Star selection. The best part is that Middleton is only 27 years old and has a lot of game left. He is in his prime years, doing good on the court and the Bucks have a real shot at the Eastern Conference Finals, as the Raptors don’t have Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green.

Giannis Antetokounmpo was named as the NBA 2019 MVP for his superior performance in the Milwaukee Bucks team. He has been under contract until two more years and will enter into free agency 2021. The Bucks have two years where they can use Giannis and pair him up with Khris Middleton.
