Once again, users are reporting problems logging in, sharing, or accessing photos on Facebook’s photo-sharing social media service Instagram. Reports of Instagram being down are surging, and Down Detector has verified these reports.
As per the reports of Down Detector, a service that informs users about the status of a website, Instagram has received thousands of down reports from users in the US, UK, and Europe.
On Instagram out of those who are affected, 88 percent are unable to access their News Feed while seven percent are unable to access the website.
Instagram has been facing issue since 8:45 AM EDT, which has led to panic in the community.
Many users of the photo-sharing service have taken to rival social networking service Twitter to discuss, share, and report issues.

Sabrina took to Twitter to confirm that she isn’t alone facing issues with Instagram.

Lily Spagheta also chimed in and posted using #instagramdown to confirm that he is also facing issues while logging in on Instagram.
Errors while posting Instagram
Some users are lucky to access the website and app, unlike others who are facing login issues.
However, those who have access to Instagram are facing issues while posting pictures on the service.

Edison reported that he is facing issues while posting pictures even though he can access the website.

Multiple reports by Down Detector and users have confirmed that Instagram is down. People are unable to share pictures and login on their Instagram account.
Instagram users have shared their frustrations as Instagram has gone down several times in the past.
