Octopath Traveler is no more a Nintendo Switch exclusive as it has finally arrived on Steam. Square Enix, the developer behind critically acclaimed Hitman Series, collaborated with Acquire to develop this turn-based role-playing game.

Square Enix initially launched this game as a Nintendo Switch exclusive, but they recently decided to bring it to PC.
Gematsu had extensively reported of the rumored arrival of Octopath Traveler on PC. A blog post which was later deleted had claimed that the released date of Octopath Traveler is June 7.
Interestingly, Square Enix released the game on Steam on June 7.

Octopath Traveler is a Role-Playing game that offers eight heroes with different sets of abilities and stories. Olberic a knight, for example, can challenge the NPC to a fight while Hanni’t a hunter can tame animals and make them do work for him.
The game starts with one of these eight heroes, and you get to choose other while you progress through the game.
Firstly like every other game of Square Enix the game is critically acclaimed. Reviewers at Gamespot gave it 8/10 even though the game lacked on the plotline.
According to Peter Brown, the game thrives on the character development and the rewards it offers after a highly challenging quest.
The game is packed with quest and entertaining boss fights which are tough and will force the player to rethink their strategy. The game is jam-packed with things to explore which motivates players to check each corner of a level.
A mobile version of Octopath Traveler
Reports claim that Square Enix is working on a prequel called Octopath Traveler: Conquers. This game is touted to be released on mobile.
