In the case of Johnny Depp, it is obvious that the star would not be able to deal with it that well. The actor has played some badass roles throughout his career. His tattoos manage to get him bonus points. But first, let’s know why he would end up in prison.

Johnny’s scandalous life and his marriage to Amber Heard are among the apparent reasons. Two years back, the couple finalized their divorce, but the recent lawsuit filed by Johnny brought them before a judge again. Depp has been alleged of committing perjury by Heard’s lawyers during the initial filing.

This time the case is about the Washington Post article written by Amber wherein she called herself an abuse victim. Depp has slapped damages of $50 million. Johnny said that Amber violated the non-disclosure agreement between them, and now she has to pay for it.

But unfortunately, the legal action by Depp backfired as several embarrassing revelations were made about the actor during the court proceedings. Further, the latest accusations by Amber could result in serious legal consequences as well. A new document filed reveals that Depp perjured himself when he claimed that only one call was made to 911 for reporting his abuse on the evening of 21 May 2016.

The filing read,

Readily obtainable public records of LAPD call logs from that evening show that iO Tillet Wright called 911 at 8:30 PM to report Mr. Depp’s violent and destructive behavior that evening.

Well, many people go to jail for perjury, but could Johnny Depp be one of them?
