Niantic, the developer behind 2016 breakout, hit mobile game Pokemon Go has revealed the details of its next AR game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.
Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is the new AR game where you will have to show your wizarding skills. Players will play as witches and wizards whose job will be to return the relics or Foundables to the wizarding world before the secret is spilled.
Players will have to go into the real world to play with characters from the Harry Potter movie franchise. The game has got characters from the two Fantastic Beasts movies.
The game is filled with Foundables which can be discovered while exploring the world around. The Foundables includes creatures, memories of people, and artifacts. The players will need to collect these items as it will help in defeating enemies.

Interestingly, some of these artifacts will only show up at a particular location like libraries, colleges, banks, and restaurants.
Players will also find Fortresses in the game which will require the skill of combat and cast spelling. Fortresses are similar in function to Pokemon Gyms in Pokemon Go.
Is the game safe for Kids? Are there any in-app purchases?
Harry Potter: Wizards Unite will force the kids and adults to leave their couches. The game has a little bit of violence and has the rating of 10+ for fantasy violence.
Even though the game does not have any ads, it does have some in-app purchases which range from $1.69 to $169.99.
Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Release Date
The Harry Potter: Wizards will hit the App Stores of both iOS and Android on June 21 in the UK and US.
The developer has already launched a beta program in New Zealand and Australia and they are adding several new countries to the list.
