When will Captain Marvel be available to rent on VOD?
If you don’t plan on buying Captain Marvel digitally, then there is another option available to you. You can rent the movie on VOD. You can rent it in Vudu and Prime Video for $5.99 or on Google Play and iTunes for $4.99. Other digital movie libraries will also offer the movie at similar prices.

The Captain Marvel Blu-ray and DVD is available from 11 June. So if you already have a place for it on your shelf, you can go and get it now.
The digital copies and Blu-ray offer some special features. These features include Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden’s commentary, the Captain Marvel’s impact on the larger franchise, Nick Flury’s origin, the Kree and the Skrulls war and six of the deleted scenes.
The Blu-ray set of Captain Marvel is out for sale now and is available with a 4K/UHD copy. The set also includes an exclusive filmmaker gallery book. Unfortunately, the movie won’t be available on Netflix. But you can stream it on Disney+ after the launch of the service, i.e., 12 November this year.
