GOT fans are eagerly waiting for the release date of The Winds Of Winter. Now there is a special website that allows people to count days since the last book of Game of Thrones was published by George R.R. Martin.

The website is called heygrmm.com and as of writing this article, it has been 2,880 days since the last GOT book release.
Winds of Winter release date dilemma
Martin published A Dance With Dragons eight years back. In fact, the first season of Game of Thrones was published in the same year. Now you can all imagine how long it has been. The writer was hoping to finish the two final books before the end of the show, but the show’s narrative took over Martin’s GOT books.

The author further confirmed that the TV show followed Martin’s plot points for the last two books. But it is getting really hard for the fans to wait anymore. So now they have this website by Ralph that will help them keep a track of the days since the launch of A Dance with Dragons.
At the time of this site’s creation, it was 2,874 days long and the fans are still waiting for Winter. The animated site’s main focal point is Martin’s cartoon sitting sadly on the Iron Throne. The dragon breathes fire when you click on it. But what is more amusing is poking Martin’s face to surprise him and tell him to get to writing.
Do we have a deadline for Martin’s next book?
Martin has shared the deadline for publishing his next book in his latest blog post. The author has plans to attend the World Science Fiction Convention next year.
But I tell you this — if I don’t have THE WINDS OF WINTER in hand when I arrive in New Zealand for worldcon, you have here my formal written permission to imprison me in a small cabin on White Island, overlooking that lake of sulfuric acid, until I’m done.
The fans can expect Winds of Winter book to be available by July next year as the CoNZealand is to take place from 29 July to 2 August next year.
