Tesla CEO Elon Musk calls British diver “Pedo,” faces trial

Elon Musk owned Telsa was awarded the most loved brand in New Car Awards 2019. The award show conferred by Autotrader.com

Building the strongest connection with its customers worldwide, Tesla CEO, Elon Musk reported a message,

“Buying anything other than a Tesla will be like owning a horse in 3 years.”

Musk further called the move as the financially insane.

A lawsuit filed without proof

A lawsuit has been filed against, Telsa CEO, Elon Musk by the British cave diver, Vernon Unsworth. Unsworth has filed a defamation lawsuit and demands legal action against Elon Musk for insulting him and calling him a paedophile.

Musk’s plea filed before Federal Court was rejected on May 10. He will go under trial on October 22, 2019. To defend himself against the lawsuit filed worth $75000 in Los Angeles court in September 2018.

In addition, a separate suit falling under defamation lawsuit will be filed against Elon Musk in the London High Court. The separate suit is likely to demand over million dollars as “damages.”

Elon Musk: The “pedo” remark

During the dramatic Thai cave rescue operation, held from June to July 2018, Elon Musk has allegedly called Unsworth as a child rapist and a paedophile.

Musk offered help in the rescue attempt by way of sending a mini-submarine developed by his team of engineers. Unsworth dismissed his offered help and called the mini-submarine of no use in the small crevices and shallow waters of the Thai cave complex.

Vernon Unsworth termed Elon Musk’s offer a “PR Stunt.”

Unsworth remark led to a heated argument. Musk tweeted calling Unsworth a “pedo” and later a “child rapist.”

Musk’s way of dealing with reporters

With the constant harass by the reporters, Musk asked the reporters to

“Call people you know in Thailand, find out what’s actually going on and stop defending child rapists, you f**cking a**hole.”
