Let us take a closer look at the Samsung One UI update and why it is a pain for the users of these smartphones!
Samsung Galaxy S10, S9, and S8 users complain over One UI issues
A number of features appear ‘broken’. The problem has existed since One UI’s launch. Given that this is a major overhaul of Samsung’s usual way of doing things, users are having a hard time dealing with the bugs that have come along with the update.
One major issue with this new UI is that it is causing issues about sending or receiving MMS messages as well as Group Texts. This issue is affecting many people as they are having a hard time with these features. This is particularly affecting those on Xfinity Mobile.
Temporary fix to this MMS Problem
Users of Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy S9 and Samsung Galaxy S8 who are going through this problem have figured out that this only affects them when they are on a WiFi connection.
When they switch to data mode they get the MMS as well as group texts. Samsung must provide a permanent solution to this problem shortly.
