The first episode of the show is likely to be a rather uncharacteristically light and happy episode. We know that Rick to be this eccentric evil genius, but we know very little about his past.

The first episode is likely to explore the happy past of Rick and his relationship with his wife and other members of his family. This will be shown for the very first time. Reports said that this will be a part of the show which was first surfaced on Reddit.
When Will This Episode Come Out?
Rick and Morty Season 4 Episode 1 is expected to air on 28th of July. In the past, we have seen episodes debut on the last Sunday of July and there’s a good chance this continues this year as well. However, this still remains a piece of unconfirmed information and more details are expected over the weeks to follow.
