Netflix released the official trailer for Stranger Things Season 3 on March 20, 2019 with the caption,

“One Summer can change everything.”

The trailer seems to focus on the group of children growing up and facing new challenges. It featured a lot of new threats with more of the outside world. Looking at the production value, one can say that the budget has been huge for the upcoming season.

Stranger Things Season 3: Release Date

The third Season of Stranger Things will be airing this summer. The premiere date on Netflix is July 4. This season will focus on the Hawkins kids all grown up and working jobs, all while there are new upside down infected people in town. Stranger Things Season 3 will supposedly take place during Summer of 1985 as confirmed by the makers.

In mid-1985, Mike and Eleven develops a romantic relationship, along with Max and Lucas. One year after the defeat of the Mind Flayer, things are npt well and the town has a new leader, corrupt Mayor Kline, who supported the construction of Starcourt Mall. With the Fourth of July nearby, strange things start to happen: Erica discovers a mysterious new threat, a lifeguard at the community pool disappears, triggering fear in everyone’s hearts who are still recovering from last year’s events.
