Barry is still not happy with how Nora lied to him. Because of this, he behaves angrily with her and she then goes rogue. This is an odd episode because it has a major focus on the relationship between Caitlin and her father.

The Flash Season 5 Episode 20 is named “Gone Rouge” because Nora Allen turns rouge and now adds to the increasing problems.
We will see Weather Witch along with Queen Bee and Rag Doll returning to the Central City. Barry will still be upset about the betrayal of Nora.
The Central City will witness the return of Peter Markel, Joss Jackam and Brie Larvan. Moreover, a bold decision will be made by Cisco. This episode was directed by Kristen Windell and it was written by Sam Chalsen and Joshua V. Gilbert.
