The show has always had the best costume and hair designers, and that is why it was surprising to find a blunder in the season premiere. Game of Thrones season 8 fans spotted a huge gaffe when it comes to Danaerys Targaeryn’s wardrobe and the internet is abuzz with the news.
Dany’s hair gaffe
When Dany arrived in Winterfell with Jon Snow, something was wrong with the hairstyle. As several eagle-eyed fans pointed out, Dany’s braids seem to change from one moment to next, while she is still on horseback with Jon.
The braids were spread evenly over her head in one shot, and in the next, they were all pulled back. Fans saw this an opportunity to make jokes about the gaffe. One of them tweeted, “I’m sure the Mother of Dragons has several hair stylists in her entourage.”
Another Game of Thrones season 8 fan wrote, “Like ya’ll never had to stop to fix your hair and re-pin it when it started falling apart.”
What’s next
Nevertheless, it seems to be a harmless mistake, and we cannot wait to see what is in store for our characters moving ahead. Jon has just found out his true parentage, Jamie is about to confront Bran for the first time after he pushed him out of the tower, and Tormund is returning with news about White Walkers.
