Prison Break season 6 is apparently working on its production and this is great news for all the fans out there. Michael Thorn, Entertainment division President of Fox Network confirmed this news personally.
Thorn confirmed that the production is still in its initial phase and that they are really excited about it. He said, “It is going to be a new iteration of the show.”

Michael Thorn also confirmed that Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller will be returning for their respective roles as Lincoln Burros and Michael Scoffield in Prison Break season 6.
Dominic Purcell took to his Instagram handle to confirm that they are in full preparation to return to their roles. In fact, he made this revelation even before Fox Network’s official confirmation. Purcell uploaded the post on 9 Feb 2019 and he said that the development of Prison Break season 6 is all he has for the fans.

Digital Spy has also noted that the sixth season is going to be very different from the previous five seasons. There is going to be a brand new format of the show. Also, fans can expect a time jump which could ultimately complete the plot line of the show.
